Partner Program

Add DPDP implementation to your practice.

Your clients will ask you about the DPDP Act before 13 May 2027. Partner with Privacy Labs to answer with a working system, not just advice.

Who we partner with

Built for the people Indian businesses already trust.

Six kinds of practice, one product your clients can run.

Law firms

Data protection and corporate practices

You advise on the law. We put it into practice inside your client’s product, so your advice turns into working consent, notices and request handling.

  • Rule 3 notices built from the client’s real consent setup
  • Rights requests and grievances through a hosted portal
  • Evidence your clients can show the Board

Chartered accountants

Firms that run the compliance calendar for SMEs

Add DPDP readiness to the annual work you already do for your clients, without becoming technical experts.

  • A free website scan to open the conversation
  • A monthly report your client can read
  • Fixed, published pricing to quote

Company secretaries

Practising CSs and secretarial firms

Data protection now sits next to the filings you already manage. Give your clients a system, not just a checklist.

  • Breach logging with the Rule 7 deadlines tracked
  • Vendor contracts checked against DPDP
  • An audit trail for every action

Cybersecurity firms

VAPT, audit and security consultancies

Pair your security assessment with a DPDP view of the same client, and find the personal data your scans touch.

  • A data discovery scanner that runs on the client’s machine
  • No database credentials handed to anyone
  • Breach response that lines up with CERT-In

Web and software agencies

Studios that build sites and apps for clients

Ship every client site with consent done properly, in Indian languages, without building it yourself.

  • A consent banner installed with one script tag
  • Notices in English and the 22 scheduled languages
  • SDKs for web, React Native and Flutter

Privacy consultants

Independent advisers and fractional DPOs

Run your clients’ DPDP programmes on one product, and spend your time on judgement, not spreadsheets.

  • Data maps and a record of processing from real scans
  • Requests, grievances and breaches in one place
  • Reports you can take to the client’s board

What partners get

Grow your practice with DPDP.

Earn from every client you bring

A share of what your clients pay, agreed when you join. For advocates, we set it up within Bar Council rules.

Work sent your way

When a business we work with needs legal, audit or security advice, we point them to a partner who offers it.

Sessions we run together

Co-host a DPDP clinic or webinar for your clients. We bring the content and the live scans; your audience meets you.

Training on the Act and the product

A walkthrough of the DPDP Act, the Rules and the product, so your team can answer client questions with confidence.

A partner your clients can trust

Published prices, rule-by-rule accuracy, and a product that runs on the client’s own data without taking their credentials.

FAQ

Questions partners ask.

Does it cost anything to become a partner?

No. Joining the partner program is free.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Setup is guided, and we handle the technical parts with your client. You bring the relationship and the advice.

How do law firms take part, given the rules on referral fees?

We structure it so advocates are paid by their own client for their own advice, not by us for a referral.

Who supports the client after setup?

We do, for the product. You stay the adviser your client relies on.
